Yeah man, it's a sad reality. Medium has been a little better lately as a mid-tier writer. Getting a % of every signup is nice.

But it doesn't solve the problem. Most of us will never be in the top 1%. The business model is broken.

That's why its important to diversify on other platforms as well. Build that email list!
